Wolves News · Summer Off-Season Workouts!


Summer is here! Which means PCR is shifting gears into their Summer off-season workouts. Below are the following dates and times of each sport’s conditioning/workout for our student-athletes:

JUNE SCHEDULE

Volleyball: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Р(5 pm Р7 pm) starting June 10th

Boys Basketball: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – (4 pm – 6 pm)

Girls Basketball: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – (3 pm – 4:30 pm)

Soccer: Monday and Thursday – (5 pm – 7 pm) , Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – (Lifting 4 pm – 5 pm and Conditioning 5 pm – 7 pm)
