Summer Work Out Schedule
- Begins Monday, June 4th.
- Workouts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays – 5:30pm – 7:30pm in PCR gym.
- No workouts will happen during the week of July 2nd – 6th.

- Physicals must be completed, signed, and turned in to the athletic department by July 27th to participate in the first official practice of the 2018-19 season. Students do not need a physical to participate in summer workouts but are encouraged to get one as soon as possible.

Weight Room is open to all athletes of PCRHS Starting June 4th. Weight room is free to use Monday – Thursday from 1pm – 2pm.
ATTENTION: WEEK OF JULY 2nd – JULY 8th NO WORKOUTS WILL TAKE PLACE.
