Summer Work Out Schedule

Girls Volleyball

  • Begins Monday, June 4th.
  • Workouts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays – 5:30pm – 7:30pm in PCR gym.
  • No workouts will happen during the week of July 2nd – 6th.
  • Questions: Contact Coach Ashton Hall by email: ahall@pcrhs.org
  • Physicals must be completed, signed, and turned in to the athletic department by July 27th to participate in the first official practice of the 2018-19 season. Students do not need a physical to participate in summer workouts but are encouraged to get one as soon as possible.

Soccer

  • Begins Monday, June 4th
  • Weight room – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 4-5pm
  • Conditioning workout Mondays – Fridays 5-7pm
  • No workouts will occur during the week of July 2ne – 6th

Boys Basketball

  • Tuesday, May 29 – Thursday May 31 – 5:30 – 7:30pm
  • Starting June 4th – Monday – Thursday – 4 -6pm
  • Varsity summer league Monday
  • JV on Mondays – 4:30-6pm

Weight Room is open to all athletes of PCRHS Starting June 4th. Weight room is free to use Monday – Thursday from 1pm – 2pm. 

ATTENTION: WEEK OF JULY 2nd – JULY 8th NO WORKOUTS WILL TAKE PLACE.

 ALL ATHLETIC WORKOUTS WILL RESTART ON JULY 9th
